General Information

The fee for your endodontic treatment varies based on treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. Fees for endodontic  treatment usually range from $535 to $1,400.

Payment is due from you at the time of service. Although we do not have direct relationships with insurance companies, we are happy to file your paperwork at the time of service. Caryn has had extensive training and experience in insurance administration and will expedite your claim on your behalf. Your insurance company will then send reimbursement directly to you at your address.  Please call ahead of your scheduled appointment if you have any questions as this often clears up any confusion surrounding insurance. 

48 Hour Cancellation.

Please keep your appointment. As with most businesses, appointments cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice or a "no show" will be billed. Our answering service does not except cancellations, you must speak with a staff member.

I promise to be on time.

Our office strives to see all of our patients right at their scheduled time.  In  a world where we are all very busy this can be a challenging goal to achieve.  We ask that you arrive a few minutes early to help keep your day, other patients and the office schedule run smoothly.
